Filling Line Operator

Job Summary:

Are you a motivated Process Operator who enjoys taking on responsibility and prioritises output, whilst ensuring safety and quality are always maintained? Then we’re looking for you!

Position in the Organization:

As a Process Operator, you will be working in a close-knit team of professionals, where everyone communicates with one another in a positive and supportive manner. You will work in a friendly 5-shift system (2-2-3). Your days off will vary between 4 and 5. We operate on a 5-week cycle.

  • Morning 07:00 – 15:00
  • Afternoon 15:00 – 23:00
  • Night 23:00 – 07:00

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Operating and monitoring process installations such as reactors, storage tanks, filling lines and water treatment systems
  • Carrying out patrols and inspections in the field
  • Identifying and rectifying deviations and malfunctions
  • Carrying out first-line maintenance work
  • Ensuring a safe working environment in accordance with applicable procedures and (SEVESO) guidelines
  • Recording process data and reporting any anomalies
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements and optimisations

Job Success Requirements:

  • You hold a Level 3 MBO diploma in process engineering (VAPRO B)
  • You are keen to continue developing your skills
  • You have relevant experience as a Process Operator
  • Possession of a VCA certificate is an advantage
  • You hold a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or are willing to apply for one
  • Familiarity with automated process control and MS Office is an advantage

  • Starting salary between €3,200 and €3,500 gross per month (depending on experience)
  • 30% shift allowance
  • 24 days’ annual leave
  • Holiday pay of 8.33%
  • €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km up to a maximum of 35 km
  • A 13th month’s salary (pro-rata)
  • From the age of 45, a ‘senior day’ every 5 years (max. 3 days)
