Product(s) are invoiced based on the currency opted as listed on the checkout page and do not include any sales tax, import or customs duties applicable and imposed by respective authorities\/competent bodies in your country. Delivery will take within 10 working days upon order confirmation, depending on the nature of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner, and when your order was picked up by them. While we make every effort to deliver our product(s) within the delivery timeline, however, we will not be responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances which is inevitable. Please note that there shall be no delivery to a P.O. Box address.

You will receive an email notification with the airway bill\/ tracking number once the shipment is processed.

Cancellation Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours after you have placed the order. You will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours or once shipment has been arranged. To cancel an order, send your request to sales@davoslife.com<\/a> with details of the order number. Cancellation refund will be credited to your payment agent with whom you used to make the original payment excluding any sales tax, import or customs duties applicable and imposed by respective authorities\/competent bodies. The duration of the refund process may take up to 60 days and depend on the nature of your request. Any delay by your payment agent in returning the fund to your account will not be under our responsibility.<\/p>\n
