Christmasstars

As part of corporate social responsibility (CSR), at the end of 2020, as in the previous year, we started an employee campaign to support the St. Elisabeth children’s home in Emmerich.

Shortly before the beginning of Advent, the Christmas tree traditionally set up in the factory was given a very special ornament. Contact was made in advance with the St. Elisabeth children’s home of the Catholic Orphanage Foundation in Emmerich. The wishes of children and young people could be collected and hung on the Christmas tree as colorful stars. Every interested employee could fulfill such a wish.

On December 17th, 2020 the collected gifts were handed over to the children’s home. Ms. Schmithüsen, the facility manager, was very happy about the great campaign before Christmas in this very special year as well as the numerous lovingly wrapped gifts and donations. On behalf of all children and young people, she thanked us very much. We were happy to pass this thank you on to our employees.
