Product Prices, Local Taxes and Duties

Products are invoiced based on the currency opted as listed on the checkout page and do not include any sales taxes, import or customs duties or other charges that may be levied by the authorities in your country. For international delivery, you will be responsible for paying any local taxes, import and customs duties and other charges upon notification by the appointed carrier. For delivery in Singapore, GST at prevailing rates will be added to your invoice upon checkout.

Shipping Information

All orders will be processed within 5 working days. Delivery will take from 7 to 10 working days upon acceptance of the order depending on your region and location. While we make every effort to deliver our products within the delivery timeline, however, we will not be responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances which is inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. Please note that there shall be no delivery to a P.O. Box address.

For international deliveries, tracking of your delivery status is available via www.fedex.com with your airway numbers provided.

For deliveries in Singapore, you may track your delivery status by sending an email to sales@davoslife.com or call our customer services at +65 6773 9021.

We encouraged all customers to verify with their local authorities with regards to their country’s regulatory control and import restrictions (if any) for the product (s) purchased, otherwise, we will not be responsible if the product (s) are retained by the customs department upon its arrival.

All orders will be made online via our e-store. Delivery is available for countries listed under the country selection tab on the checkout page. For countries which are not listed, kindly email your enquiries to sales@davoslife.com for special arrangement.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policies

You can cancel your order before products are shipped to you. To cancel an order, send your request to sales@davoslife.com with details of the order number. Full refund will be made by us within 30 days to your payment agent with whom you used to make the original payment. Any delay by your payment agent in returning the fund to your account will not be under our responsibility.

You can return the products within 30 days from the date when your order is accepted. To return the products, only 1 bottle is allowed to be opened for inspection with the manufacturing seals of remaining bottles remain intact. To return a product please contact info@davoslife.com with details of the order number citing reasons for return. Upon verification, you will be given a Return Authorisation number (β€œRA No.”).

Please clearly indicate the RA No. on the original box and return the product to:

Upon verification, full refund will be made by us within 30 days to your payment agent with whom you used to make the original payment. We wish to inform that except for the return of products with manufacturing defects, shipping costs to return the product to us are not refundable.

The products will only be sold to you once you have read and accepted the terms and conditions as stated herein.

We reserve the right to add, delete and amend all materials, information and terms and conditions provided on this website without prior notice.

All prices as stated on our website applies to online purchases only. We reserve the right to change the prices and the products on our website without prior notice.

1. How do I know if my order has been accepted and shipped?
We will inform you via e-mail to confirm acceptance of your order. A separate e-mail can be sent to inform you the shipping details with tracking no. when your products are shipped. You check the status of the shipment with the tracking no. provided. Please refer to shipping information for instruction to track your shipment.

2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can only cancel your order before the products are shipped to you. Please refer to cancellation and refund policy for further details.

3. Can I return the products I have ordered?
Yes. You can return the products within 30 days from the date your order is accepted Please refer to return and refund policy for further details.
