Product Prices, Local Taxes and Duties

Product(s) are invoiced based on the currency opted as listed on the checkout page and do not include any sales tax, import or customs duties applicable and imposed by respective authorities/competent bodies in your country. For international delivery, you will be responsible for paying any local taxes, import and customs duties and other charges upon notification by the appointed logistic partner.

Shipping Information

All orders will be processed within 5 working days. Delivery will take within 10 working days upon order confirmation, depending on the nature of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner, and when your order was picked up by them. This excludes public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days.

While we make every effort to deliver our product(s) within the delivery timeline, however, we will not be responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances which is inevitable. Please note that there shall be no delivery to a P.O. Box address.
Note: These delivery times may vary during peak periods as well as unforeseen circumstances due to floods, border controls, war zone shipping interruptions, etc.

You will receive an email notification with the airway bill/ tracking number once the shipment is processed.
Note: It may take 24-48 hours for a shipment’s tracking status to be updated by our logistics partners.

We encouraged all customers to verify with their local authorities with regards to their country’s regulatory control and import restrictions (if any) for the product(s) purchased, otherwise, we will not be responsible if the product(s) are retained by the customs department upon its arrival.

Please note that international shipping to certain countries is subject to delivery restrictions and not all items can be shipped to all countries.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies

All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours after you have placed the order. You will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours or once shipment has been arranged. To cancel an order, send your request to sales@davoslife.com with details of the order number. Cancellation refund will be credited to your payment agent with whom you used to make the original payment excluding any sales tax, import or customs duties applicable and imposed by respective authorities/competent bodies. The duration of the refund process may take up to 60 days and depend on the nature of your request. Any delay by your payment agent in returning the fund to your account will not be under our responsibility.

Note: Cancellation request is subjected to review and approval by Customer Service.

All prices as stated on our website applies to online purchases only. We reserve the right to change the prices and the product(s) on our website without prior notice.

1. How do I know if my order has been accepted and shipped?
We will inform you via email to confirm acceptance of your order. A separate notification email will be sent with the shipping details (airway bill/ tracking number) when your order is shipped.
