This privacy statement gives you an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website.
Personal data is any information with which you can be personally identified.
In the following, we would like to inform you about how we comply with the applicable data protection laws and regulations, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), which information we collect during the visit of our website and how it is used.

We collect personal data which are provided to us (e.g. by using our contact form or by sending an
e-mail to us) only, if you provide them to us by your own decision or you expressly give us your consent thereto. Other technical data like so-called Server-Log-Files are collected and processed automatically when you visit our website.
We retain control over any data you disclose to us by visiting our website. The data will be stored and processed by us or our service provider, who acts on our behalf and is responsible to us. Parts or all of the data may be stored and processed in other countries (e.g. Malaysia). In these countries, other data protection laws and regulations may apply than in the country from which you access our website. Server-Log-Files
The use of our website is basically possible without storage of any personal data.
Every time you visit our website, the following information will be automatically stored through the access to the server:

• Website from which you are visiting us
• Individual pages you visit at our website
While using these so-called Server-Log-Files, we do not carry out any personal identification.
We collect and process your data only for the purpose of the error-free use of our website and safeguarding of our technical information systems. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Contact Form or E-Mail
To contact us, you can either use the contact form available on our website or contact us via the e-mail address provided on the website. If you use the contact form, additionally to the Server-Log-Files as decribed above, the following data you enter in the entry mask, are processed:
• The personalized salutation
• Your name
• Your e-mail address
• The subject
• Content of the message
At the same time, you give us your consent for the processing, so that we may store the personal data you transfer by your e-mail. The legal basis based on your consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Alternatively, it is also possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided on the website. In this case, the personal data transmitted by your e-mail to us will be stored. Therefore, the legal basis is Art. 6 para.1 lit. f DSGVO.
The processing of your personal data takes only place for the processing of your inquiry.
Use of Cookies
We use so-called Session cookies as well as so-called Flash cookies to optimize our website.
Session cookies are small text files, which are stored on your computer via your internet browser. In a Session cookie, a randomly generated unique identification number is stored, a so-called session ID. In addition, a Session cookie contains information about its origin and its retention period. No personal data is stored. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit of our website when you close the browser. The legal basis for the storage of the abovementioned cookies is Article 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, as we as website operator have a legitimate interest in the use of cookies in order to make our website technically error-free and optimized for you.

Google Analytics
Our website uses on the legal basis of Article 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 1351 USA, (“Google“). Google uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by these cookies about your visit of our website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA, stored there on our behalf, analyzed and the result is provided to us in form of an anonymous user profile. We have activated on our website the IP anonymization feature offered by Google. In doing so, Google abbreviates your IP address. Moreover, Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures an adequate level of data protection with respect to the processing of data by Google in the USA.
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your usage of our website, to compile reports on website activities for us, and to provide other services related to website- and internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles of the processed data will be created. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google Fonts
We integrate the fonts (“Google Fonts”) of the provider Google, whereby the data of the users are used solely for the purpose of displaying the fonts in the browser of the users.
